N. KOREA NUCLEAR TALKS END WITH NO DEAL

After a week of six-party talks (U.S., N. Korea, S. Korea, China, Japan and Russia) diplomatic efforts to persuade North Korea to scrap its nuclear weapons ended with no deal. No date has been set for the talks to resume (Reuters).
