Further, it had the potential to enrich the already overflowing coffers of Planned Parenthood. They could then bill for the pain meds, which they may or may not have been scrupulous enough to administer.
Colorado Right to Life opposed the Fetal Pain Act. It could have more appropriately been dubbed the "Sedation Murder Act."
