Engineers used radar to locate a 165-year-old grave that was partially paved over in Westmoreland County.
Dave Enick, PennDOT's maintenance manager, said they found enough evidence to conclude Sarah Ann Kennedy's grave is under the roadway in Lower Burrell.
Mr. Enick said PennDOT plans to exhume the body and move it elsewhere in a nearby cemetery.
