The PA House Judicial Committee voted down or tabled all gun control legislation presented this morning. This was despite an appeal presented in person by Governor Rendell to the committee prior to the committee votes.
The only bill passed by the committee this morning requires a minimum of 20 year sentence if someone discharges a gun towards a law enforcement officer.
