FEWER TEENS HAVING SEX
Predictably missing from this story is the phrase “abstinence education is working.”

Because it doesn't, as studies have shown. Notice that more teens that are having sex are using condoms.
The teens are having less intercourse, but not because of abstinence only education.
A more interesting question would be to ask what percentage are having any form of sexual contact.
