Ahhh..... what can I say with my jaw on the floor?
Concerned about their fracturing denomination, about 150 Central Florida Episcopalians packed the sanctuary of St. Richard’s Episcopal Church on Saturday.
“We take no position on Scripture or theology or morals,” said Donna Bott, a leader of a group called Episcopal Voices of Central Florida, which sponsored the meeting. “We are just Episcopalians.”
More than anything else, the crowd was determined that the 44,000-member Diocese of Central Florida not break away from the Episcopal Church, USA, over the issue of sexuality.

The Episcopalians are not alone in trying to take absolute truth out of scripture, along with diluting the meaning of words.
My denomination, the Presbyterian Church (USA) came to a similar decision at our General Assembly meeting in Birmingham, Alabama in June.
The "Theological Task Force on Peace, Unity and Purity", known as the “PUP" Report upheld the current ordination standards in the denomination's constitution. However, it allows those who choose not to obey them to declare them to be non-essential.
This is just another example of moral relativism creeping into our denomination.
Sadly, this is just the logical consequences of Protestant ideology. It will forever splinter until it no longer resembles Christianity what-so-ever. Can anyone say pro-abortion denominations?
Further more what do you expect from a man-made institution started by an adulterous Monarch? Did anyone really believe it would last forever?

It is the logical concequence of getting away from God's word!
Sadly, this is just the logical consequences of Protestant ideology.
And your conclusion is very illogical. you compare the PRACTISE of non-catholics with the THEOLOGICAL POSITION of catholics. Please compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges.
Anony, your approach will get you disrespect and you will then be forced to defend your silly and immature position. No whining if you start getting 'beat up on'.
Better yet - get a screen name, so the other Anons don't get labeled ...
