Radio Waves: CBS FIRES MORE (Pittsburgh Hit!)

Yesterday I was calling for a CBS radio managment changes after a series of huge failures and changes at KDKA and CBS FM stations here in Pittsburgh. It's seems like I was not the only one thinking this way.

Pick slips are flying is at several CBS radio station.

In Chicago, THE SUN-TIMES reports that WXRT GM Michael Damsky is out after 24 years!
In Cleveland WDOK's Scott Miller is out.

Here in Pittsburgh, VP/GM Jim Meltzer is out of a job , along with an unknown Sales Manager.

This fallout continues a day after the firing of KDKA overnight host Gary Dickson.
No word on if Keith Clark, vice president of programming for CBS Radio Pittsburgh survived but CBS should have written his name on a pink slip years ago.
