Rendell signs bill erasing last part of 2005 pay raise

The last remnant of the ill-fated state officials' pay raise of July 2005 was laid to rest Friday. Gov. Ed Rendell signed into law a bill that repeals the last-standing piece of the salary bill that turned state government on its head.
