Fight Global Warming by Taxing 'McMansions,' Dingell Says

(CNSNews.com) - The chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee this week announced a plan to fight global warming by reducing carbon emissions up to 80 percent by the year 2050. I think it is unfair to remove the tax benefit for individuals who choose to build larger homes - My Husband and I are ready to build a new home over that restriction BUT we are using solar power and geo-thermal thus building an energy neutral home - THESE TYPES OF HOMES SHOULD BE EXEMPT
