Minors served drinks more often in city
Pittsburgh watering holes may be selling alcohol to minors more often than in other parts of the state, according to a program that sends teens into bars to see if they can buy drinks. The age compliance program, run by the Pennsylvania State Police's Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, places undercover officers inside and outside bars and restaurants, then sends an 18-20 year old in to try to buy alcohol.
