Clear Channel Served with Subpoena

Clear Channel has received a subpoena from the U.S. Attorney in New York regarding spots that allegedly aired on its stations for offshore and online gambling operations. The demand for information was issued last month by the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, the San Antonio-based company said in a filing with the SEC. Clear Channel also said in the filing that it received a similar subpoena from the U.S. Attorney in Missouri in 2003.
