I heard Hazelton Mayor Lou Barletta speak last month here in Pittsburgh. He is absolutely correct on this issue, and simply wants to restore law and order to his town.

The violent crime, including at least one very brazen murder, the tremendous costs to the local hospital, and other problems caused by illegal immigrants are draining Hazelton of its resources.

Evidently, none of this has registered with Judge James Munley.
