In a first-ever trip of its kind, seven parents of U.S. soldiers killed in Iraq traveled there to meet with other U.S. military troops, government leaders, and the Iraqi people. The trip was sponsored by Move America Forward, which is a non-profit organization “committed to supporting America’s efforts to defeat terrorism and supporting the brave men and women of our Armed Forces.”
This group of parents will be in Iraq through November 10, showing support for American troops and their mission in Iraq. Absent of criticism of the United States, our foreign policy, and the current administration, there is apparently little interest by the corporate media. Seven parents, NO protests, NO sit-ins, NO blaming America, NO demands for impeachment, no actors, NO MEDIA.
