This is a simple one, you have an agency paying some of its drivers over 50,00 a year to drive a bus, with some makeing close to 100,000.
THey are facing the same problem the turnpike is facing, you can't pay people more than fair market value for their work. It's just not economically sustanable.

Now how long has it been since economic feasibility ever come into play in Pittsburgh / PA when unions are concerned...
