GROUP CLAIMS PEOPLE WANT “GREEN” GIFTS

From the story: For children, Williams suggested solar powered racing cars, green board games made from bamboo, and beeswax modeling clay with natural pigments, all of which she said cost less than $50. For adults, Williams said the most popular gifts are store-bought gift baskets (which usually range in price from $40 to $60) with a sampling of eco items, such as household cleaning products, soaps and spa items, local produce or gardening gear.

Where in the world would one go to buy a board game made of bamboo? Even kids playing bamboo board games in the jungle want a freakin ipod. And not a solar one either!

Beeswax modeling clay, give me a break! I bet this woman has no children. I rather buy that bunny suit from "A Christmas Story." I think her hemp hat is on too tight.
