A memo is being circulated to House members asking them to cosponsor a bill that would repeal part about unvouchered expenses. A total of 136 senators and representatives are taking the unvouchered expenses starting this month.
Leading the charge is Rep. Will Gabig, R-199, Cumberland County, and Rep. Paul Clymer, R-145, Bucks County, who both voted against the pay raise and say the unvouchered expenses are simply unconstitutional - no matter that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled otherwise. Clymer said he's worried that people are losing faith in state government.
