One thing you can say about PA politics, they are always ready to raise or create a tax. It is time for PA to look at reducing their legislature and expenses associated with that.

Oh by the way, why dont they redirect the Johnstown flood tax to the gas infrastructure. I think the flood was paid for awhile back.
