The Colorado House of Representatives were honoring Planned Parenthood when Republican Ted Harvey introduced Gianna Jessen, a girl who’s cerebral palsy is a reminder of how she survived a Planned Parenthood abortion attempt. Harvey explained “I just wanted to put a face to what we are celebrating today.”
