SENATE REJECTS KERRY’S IRAQ PULLOUT PLAN 86-13
Sounding a lot like Baghdad Bob, Kerry called the 13 votes “terrific” saying “Our numbers are growing, and our ability to apply constant pressure to change course is stronger than it was just a week ago.”
