It would have been the toughest law in the nation. (AP) As of this morning, parental notification was losing in Oregon. (Oregon Live) And parental notification was losing in California. (LA Times)

Not to mention the Kansas AG's race, which was basically a referrendum on whether or not George Tiller is above the law, came down in Tiller's favor.
God is punishing us. But why? We're trying so hard, and all He does is beat us and humiliate us and subject us to agonizing failure.
I don't necessarily agree that God is punishing us, but at the same time, what have we done to deserve His blessings?
Let's not forget our mission is to change hearts not win elections.
