Veteran programmer Dave Anthony is named PD of Keymarket's Country WOGI-FM (Froggy 98.3)/Pittsburgh. He replaces Mark Lindow, who is now PD of WSJR-FM/Wilkes Barre, effective April 9. Most recently, Anthony was Director of Programming for AC WARM-FM and Classic Hits WSOX-FM/York, PA. He's also held stints at KILT-FM/Houston, WCXI-FM/Detroit and WGRX-FM/Baltimore.
