Disturbing news continues to come out of the North Korea and Iran. You may recall that along with Iraq, those two countries we're identified by President Bush as the "Axis of Evil".
SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea has the right to launch a pre-emptive attack against U.S.-backed South Korean forces because the two Koreas are technically still at war, the communist state's official media said on Tuesday.
TEHRAN, Iran (AP) -- Iran's supreme leader said Tuesday that Tehran's nuclear program was "irreversible" and warned that any retreat in the face of international pressure would "break the country's independence."
