Before Chicago cops threw the book at him, Jakub Fik threw something at them -- his penis!
Fik, 33, cut off his own penis during a rampage. When confronted by police, Fik hurled several knives and his severed organ at the officers. He told paramedics he was distraught over problems with his girlfriend. Add one more problem that list Fik. Officers stunned him with a Taser and took him into custody.
They have both been charged. :0
Maybe he should hang out with this guy. Now that is a man who keeps his word.......
