CONGRESS STRUGGLES TO ACT ON GAS PRICES

Senate Republicans proposed a $100 fuel-cost rebate for millions of taxpayers. Democrats talked of a two-month suspension of the 18.4-cent per gallon federal gasoline tax.

If they'd suspend some of that mountain of Federal and State taxes applied to each gallon of gas, we'd save!

Also, build new refineries and have ONE formula of gas for the whole US... year round.

I also say that they should suspend some of the federal and state taxes on gasoline and cigarettes.
