A judge has opened the way for California to follow Massachusetts in allowing same-sex marriage. I can almost here some of you thinking, yeah it's California, what do you expect? What I expect is a believer in Christ and a fellow Catholic to follow the teachings of Christ and his Church.
You see San Francisco Judge Richard Kramer is a Catholic Republican appointed to the bench by a former GOP governor! That did not stop him from ruling that while withholding marriage licenses from gays and lesbians has been the status quo, it constitutes discrimination the state can no longer justify.
This is just the latest example if a judical dictatorship. The people of the state of California have no say in the standards and practices on their own state what so ever anymore. This man was not elected. He is paid by the taxes of the now voiceless residents. Not to mention he should remove himself from the Catholic faith for having violated biblical law.
