There are reports that CA Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will not grant clemency for convicted killer Stanley Tookie Williams.
Williams is scheduled for lethal injection at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday. He would be the 12th inmate executed by the state since California reinstated the death penalty in 1977.

The Holy Spirit's message on The Christian Prophet blog today says that as long as Tookie lives on earth he pays the price for his mistakes, but when no longer living on earth he is totally forgiven and free.
The RC does not normaly issue a stance on individual cases. In general they are against the death penalty except in the most extreme cases where society is in danger if a person is kept alive.
