JOURNALISTS’ HIT PIECE ON ALITO FALLS FLAT

Among other things, the Knight Ridder story implies Alito is racist. (Knight Ridder) But one of the authors made the mistake of going on the air with Hugh Hewitt (didn’t anybody warn him?) (RadioBlogger) Another story noted the reporting “mirrors analysis that was pulled together by staff of People for the American Way, Alliance for Justice, and the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, all groups that are coordinating their anti-Alito efforts.” (American Spectator) Meanwhile, Hollywood gathers to oppose Alito.
