With surprising speed, the recently enacted ban on trans fats in restaurants in New York City has already invaded Pennsylvania’s eastern border. This ban may be coming to a restaurant near you.
Anything done in extreme excess can pose health risks, but having trans fat police to monitor our dining habits seems excessive.
