From the Story: The National Education Association is being denounced for hosting an event honoring infamous abortionist George Tiller who is facing 19 criminal charges for performing illegal late-term abortions.
George Tiller, a man many pro-lifers call "Tiller the baby killer," received a standing ovation at the Feminist Majority Foundation's annual Women's Leadership Conference held recently at the NEA's headquarters in Washington, DC. Can someone from the PSEA and NEA membership please explain something to me?
Assume an average class size of 25 students and then apply the number of abortions per year (1.3 million). That means that this year alone, there will be 52,000 teachers not needed (hence, not hired) from your ranks. Now, let’s look at grades K – 12. This means that 676,000 teachers are not hired because of abortion. And your union supports this!?!
Can anyone name any other union that actively supports policies that decreases the ranks within their own union's membership by over a half million members?

I'm just appalled that TEACHERS, the ones my kids spend their days with were applauding this guy and sitting at looking at these pictures!?! Why isn't this in the national news, why don't more people know about crap like this?! People need to know about this.
