Overtime pay cost Pittsburgh $21.2 million last year!
Understaffing among Pittsburgh's firefighters, police and paramedics has helped push the city's premium pay costs -- primarily overtime -- to $21.2 million in 2005, with 63 firefighters making more than $100,000.
