Hi Shaun Saw your post "Pentagon Advisor: US Military Should Weigh Muslim Applicants Carefully". What should be weighed is the amount of common sense our Congressmen and Senators have in sponsoring a Muslim. I think you will find it a bit light. I believe all applicants to the Military Academies have to be sponsored by and elected official.
Even if you accept the fact that the Muslim is qualified what does this say about the intelligence of the elected official?
