I listened to Scott Bessenecker on the John and Stephanie show on Weds. and was disappointed in the way he painted the Franciscians when he went there years ago, he didn't say where he went but I find it hard to believe that they were living such a lavish lifestyle.
I agree. While I don't think they live in a cardboard box I would not call it lavish.
