first, i don't care about being 'up to (new jersey's) state level'. this is PA!
and hey, instead of INCREASING taxes, how about DECREASING WASTEFULFUL SPENDING! oh, wait, government doesn't waste any money - my mistake!!!! so forget the 'wasteful' part - JUST CUT SPENDING!
