From the story: Legislation that would require women to see ultrasound pictures before getting abortions is moving through the South Carolina legislature. A final vote on a House version is expected today. Members voted 91-to-23 on Wednesday in favor of a bill that does not contain any exception for women who are the victims of rape or incest.
Opponents of abortion think a woman considering one might have a change of heart after seeing a picture of the fetus.
