The special PA House “Committee As A Whole” session last September permitted state legislators to vote anonymously on various gun control measures. Since each vote was anonymous, gun control advocates thought that this would “give cover” to those wanted to pass gun control legislation without having to face 2nd Amendment advocates, or the NRA, FOAC, etc. Despite the anonymity, each gun control measure failed overwhelmingly.
