Allegheny County has lost 25% of its population since 1960. There were more people living in Allegheny County in 1930 than there are now. Maybe we can yet again raise taxes on businesses and individuals, that will fix the problem!

Hey! I know how the Democrats can fix this! RAISE TAXES ON YOUNG PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES!!! After all, that is their solution to everything else!
