FATHER OF BALLPLAYER SUES MANY FOR HIS INTOXICATED DEATH

Once again personal responsibilty died along side this young man as his father sues the restaurant that served his drinks, the tow truck he plowed into and even the owner of the car that was being towed. The story notes “the 29-year pitcher had a blood content of nearly twice the legal limit for alcohol in his system when he crashed into the back of the tow truck. He was also speeding, using a cellphone and wasn't wearing a seat belt, Police Chief Joe Mokwa said after the accident. Marijuana also was found in the SUV.”

So this drunk guy doesn't have enough sense to quit drinking, gets himself killed, and his father is suing not only the guy he bought the drinks from, BUT THE OWNER OF THE TOW TRUCK HIS DRUNK SON HIT AND THE GUY WHO'S CAR WAS BEING TOWED?????

I hope all three defendents file a counter-suit and have this guy working in the salt mines the rest of his life to pay off the debt!!!

They won't and the father will win. I did the first concert out at Starlake. That night a guy and his girlfriend got in the car, went down the road and hit a telephone pole. The girl died in the passanger seat. The driver (who was drunk) lived. He sued my company for letting him dirve drunk. Mind you 20,000 people were leaving at the same time. He sued PennDOT because he was on a state road. He sued the phone company becuase they put the pole there. He sued the drink vendor, concert venue, car maker and anyone who crossed his path.

He spent a year in jail for killing the girl and everyone settled. He walked out of prison a millionaire.

That's our wolrd today.
