HBO's Bill Maher is at it again. This guy is such a media pig, the only way he gets his name in the paper is when he says something outrageous. It's pathetic if you ask me.
The comments were made on HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher" on Friday, Apr. 11. Maher went into a long monologue on his program comparing the Catholic church to a polygamous cult. Bill Maher compared the Texas scandal and its latest alleged abuse with the sexual abuse scandal that rocked the Catholic Church in the United States in 2002. "I'd like to tip off law enforcement to an even larger child-abusing religious cult," Maher told his audience. "Its leader also has a compound, and this guy not only operates outside the bounds of the law, but he used to be a Nazi and he wears funny hats. That's right, the Pope is coming to America this week and, ladies, he's single."
This comes from the man who faced a $9 million palimony suit by an ex-girlfriend who alleges that Maher subjected her to physical and verbal abuse, including "insulting, humiliating and degrading racial comments."
Mr. Maher is a sad person who uses the media platform he has been granted to spew hate speech against people who seek to serve God and a Pope who has dedicated his life to serving the faithful.
