Don't Offend Islam Anyone

I've about had it with the "anything for a good riot" thugs of Islam who are offended because their beloved false prophet was drawn in an unfavorable light. Instead of proving the depiction wrong by having a peaceful discussion, they take to the world wide stage and burn down a Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Even more troubling is the sudden efforts by people who should know better to bow down to the pressure of these terrorists. Yes, you threaten to kill and burn stuff in front of the camera you are a terrorist in my book.

Islam is not and should not be protected from being offend. Muslims have no claim to decide what does or does not get published. Not any more then any other person or group. Yet, I see all the stories about the "shocking cartoon" and very few actually show it. That tells me that a publisher is more concerned about Islam then the reader.

I can't make this any clearer, just because your offended does not give you editorial rights in the western media. Shame on all those who have just handed it over.

A call by a member of the European Parliament has been made for the creation of a special committee to examine religious education and textbooks in schools to insure that the content does not offend Islam.

Hans-Gert Pttering from Germany, who heads the largest group of MEPs, said that textbooks should be reviewed for intolerant depictions of Islam and other faiths by experts overseen by the European Union and Islamic leaders.

He added that the work of building bridges between Islam and the West had to "begin with young people," and said that “textbooks should be checked to ensure they promoted European values without propagating religious stereotypes or prejudice.”

Pttering suggested that the EU could co-operate with the 56-nation Organization of the Islamic Conference, which has its headquarters in Saudi Arabia, to create a textbook review committee.

This is just the begining of a long drawn out temper tantrum. Get over it.

Those moon god worshipers need to get over themselves and their false prophet. That's right, Allah is NOT the God of the Hebrews, it is a rework of a pre-islamic pagan moon god. And the only place Islam leads is to hell.

Your post very much sounds like a temper tantrum. The issue is much bigger than having the depictions of the prophet. Maybe you should get outside of your box and look at it from a different perspective.

And the previous commemt just proves how ignorant people can really be. I bet the only thing they know about Islam is what they've heard on FOX news. Next time, try an unbiased newsource.

Oh and, anyone who burns stuff on tv is a terrorist in your eyes. Does that include US soldiers burning Iraqi civilians with white phosphate? Oh wait...that was just another unfortunate consequence of collatoral damage.

FYI:
"White phosphorus is highly flammable and ignites on contact with oxygen. If the substance hits someone's body, it will burn until deprived of oxygen."

Do a little research, and then talk.

I have to file that under leftist moonbat theories. If it had been true, the mainstream media would have jumped all over it like they did Abu Graeb.

And the previous commemt just proves how ignorant people can really be.

That shows how ignorant you are about Archeological facts.

Next time, try an unbiased newsource.

Given your other comments, your assersions can be dismissed out of hand as leftist emotional supposition. Although I'm sure it makes you feel better about yourself assigning people to false stereotypes.

That's his right. Notice he didn't riot or commit violence.

That's the diference.

You want him to look at it from another perspective yet you don't give him that perspective. This is typical - and the precise reason why you are met with a prompt dismissal by NH.

Does that include US soldiers burning Iraqi civilians with white phosphate?

Give us the exact form of WP used in Fallujah. There are many and it's applications are many. In addition, the substance is not banned by any treaty to which the United States is a signatory. Just because some nit-wit reporter thinks he has something - don't just blindly repeat it.

There is a huge difference between a military war and burning a business because some cartoon ruffled your feathers.

Now there is a reward for the death of the guy who drew this picture.

I welcome any opposing views "anomymous" but to compare the US military forces to what going on with unemployed ticked off thugs is really a strech.

Is it justified to burn down a KFC or bank over this? Is it justifed to call for the murder of the man who drew this picture? Will you continue to defend these people who do this if riots and killings continue? Why do you think we are at war in the first place? Do you think if 9/11 never happened the US would be in Iraq right now?

I have respect for a peaceful Islam. It's not my belief but I respect it not because I'm forced to, but because there some people who peacefully practice it.

The actions I have seen do nothing to encourge respect of Isalm in any way. We need to find a way to live together or else will we are bound to die together.

This is a curious comment coming from someone with your religious/theological background. You appreciate, selectively, those who do not practice their religion as it is taught.

We need to find a way to live together or else will we are bound to die together.

This is the only way.

For Islam: anihilation of all others ...

For Christiantiy: conversion of all others by them dying to themselves and being raised in newness of life in Christ ...

Someone must die.
